Shake Shop in Treasure Island

If you live in or near Treasure Island FL...The Shake Shop was always our last stop of the day. Banana split in a cup was my FAV. Bonus: You can take your ice cream and walk down a little path and eat your treat on the beach at sunset!

Great place, got our ice cream fast. Only remark is that the shakes are kind of liquidy to begin with and then in combination with the Florida heat we were drinking ice cream milk in less than 5 minutes. I'm not sure if their formula can improve on that or not, but I would recommend a sundae over shake for that reason.

OMG this place was amazing!! Our taste buds were on fire with flavor! The young lady working the day of was friendly and pleasant, quick service. The shakes were the best we've had! My friend had the coffee milkshake, saying it was strong and delicious. I had a Hawaiian milkshake & added banana which just topped it off. The shakes were creamy, flavorful, delicious! Highly recommend!

Fantastic sundaes and shakes. Lines were long at night but not terrible. I had a lime shake and the rest of the family had an assortment of flavored shakes. Don't pass it up if you want a cold treat.

Amazing soft serve. Very different than your the common icy variety (in a great way). Very rich and creamy. I ordered the banana split in a cup and the portion was perfect. Will definitely come back.

The absolute best milkshake I ever had. I'm 43 yrs old and this was by far the greatest shake ever! I also had a twist cone and the ice cream tastes better here than anywhere else too. If you don't stop here for your ice cream treat, you're missing out on the greatest.

Little soft serve place. Prices are what you would expect from a beach side ice cream shop. I wish they had more shade, it was a very hot day though. Good ice cream. Cashier/ice cream maker was very friendly and helpful. Will likely come back.

Staff was lovely and the ice cream was wonderful.

Local people. Local hospitality. Amazing shakes. Every body who works at the shop are nice and friendly. Cant beat their prices and taste. I sometimes drive 25 miles just to get a shake from this place. Not to sweet and not too cold. That to me is rarity.

Great litte family run spot, Great malts and shakes, every time we are in Treasure Island we stop here.

It's a great little place if you like soft serve ice cream - really like the shakes! Was a little concerned over the lack of safe distancing though. I do not blame the establishment for this since it's all outdoor walkup.

My husband and I came here last night to get some ice cream cause this place is one of our favorite places but this time I was very disappointed with my vienetta. It had no whipped cream and no chocolate sauce on top. I get it every time we come here so I always know what to expect but this time was different. I don't know maybe the server was new. Anyways, I still love your ice cream but I hope next time I go I get what I'm expecting.

I think The Shake Shop has got the best banana splits in a whole Beach and a pretty good price six bucks a really good price remember they're going in years ago used to be a lot cheaper but we know things have changed in time and we are fine with that keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen

Glorious, delicious treats. Pretty sure I've reviewed this place before (2 yrs ago), but no disappointment the next time around. One of the hallmarks of a sustainable business is consistency, and the shake shop is exactly that. Well done to the owners and team. You make Treasure Island a destination!

Great ice cream. Very busy but worth the wait. Very friendly staff. Not too much room to eat there better to take away. Definitely going back.

Amazing shakes. Stayed in town about 7 days and ended up here about 7 times. Tip: you can mix flavors---coffee plus cookie is out of this world. Also, you can mix in the extras so it's like a Blizzard but better---peanut butter plus butterfinger is a winner!

Came accross the shake shop while visiting Redington beach. Love this place. Quite a selection of flavors. Not to exspensive and quite a line so be patient its wort it. The employees were very pleasant and provided great customer service.

We request our banana split with the flavors that we wanted! Strawberry, caramel and oreos!!

I went here today and had a great experience! A really nice girl named Jaime took my order. I didn’t know what to get and she was very sweet with helping me decide what to get. Ice cream tasted great but I’d definitely come back because of how sweet the worker was!

Very tasty soft serve. Very limited seating in a super small corner. Service is a little slow, but it’s only 2 people taking orders & payment and making the soft serve 🍦. As tourists we didn’t leave here thinking “we need to come back again!” and we’d probably try another place that’s a couple blocks away just for variety.

I got a chocolate malt. One of the few places I found where you can actually still order a malt. Very delicious by the way.

This shop is so adorable. Their ice cream is the best! They have so many options to choose from. The line was long but it’s very enjoyable. There’s a small little area to sit and wait and it’s just so cute. It’s also near the beaches and hotel so it’s a good little walk to enjoy Treasure Island while eating the ice cream. Also, the prices is SUPER reasonable. Check this place out whenever you visit Treasure Island.
